CURRENT WORK CREW RATE:
$975.00 PER DAY + FUEL
WORK WILL BE INVOICED WEEKLY
THE CREW
A two (2) man work crew consisting of hard-working, drug-free, honest young men with construction knowledge and experience, and a great attitude!
THE WORK DAY
A work crew day consists of 8 hours beginning each morning with a 7:00 am "progress" meeting at our shop in Melbourne. Normally the crew will arrive at your job site by 8:00 am, or slightly later if they must buy materials.
THE WORK TRUCK
A reliable RAM 3500 crew-cab work truck with basic construction hand tools, drills, and power saws. We also have trailers we can use as needed to haul materials or equipment at no additional charge.
INSURANCE
We are fully insured with contractors' "general liability" Insurance, Workers Compensation "injury" insurance, and work truck insurance. Insurance certificates will be sent to you upon your acceptance of our contract proposal for your project.
OVERSIGHT and SUPERVISION
We are contractors and engineers and our employees are reliable men that do not require much supervision. You must clearly specify the work you want to be performed, provide overall guidance, and make decisions about the sequence of work.

Professional Engineering license - PE 038154 and "Certified" General Contractor license - CGC A25869
OTHER EXPENCES NOT INCLUDED IN THE WORK CREW RATE
MATERIALS
Materials are not included. You can provide materials or we can purchase materials on our accounts and add the material cost to the weekly invoices. We expect payment within 7 days of the date we invoice you.
EQUIPMENT
Equipment is not included except basic construction hand tools, power saws, nail guns, drills, and levels. All other tools and equipment required shall be provided by you. Rental Equipment is not included – With your approval, we will rent any necessary equipment on our rental accounts and invoice you.
SUPPLIES
Supplies are not included. You will be billed for supplies that are needed to perform the work. Some typical supplies may include Saw blades, Grinder blades, drill bits, razor knife blades, tape measure, string line, markers,… etc
FUEL COSTS
Fuel is not included. You will be billed $.42 per mile for fuel costs in addition to the basic crew rate. You will also be billed for any fuel required for power equipment.
